As many of you may know Bulgaria experienced a huge development bubble in the last few years which has now burst due to the global economy. Now, I'm not in the property business - in fact I don't have much patience with developers or real estate agents and I don't own anything myself except some old bikes and the tools required to keep them running: I prefer a fairly Spartan existance.
That said, I have some very close friends over here who were fortunate enough to be able to invest in land before it got stupidly expensive and for personal reasons are trying to sell.
